Huh. So after babbling poor ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif?v=91.7) seashoring's ear off about Yasu/Lion's gender, today the Japanese fandom seems to be sort of exploding because, if I'm not misunderstanding (which is thoroughly possible!), Ryukishi basically confirmed in an interview with KEIYA that Yasu/Lion is male.
On one hand, I'm sort of surprised/happy at how much that, even though musouka_manga and imbrium and I have been talking about this and what it probably means forever, it feels like this finally makes everything click into place, (and my respect for Ryukishi is going through the roof right now) and on the other, the reaction on 2ch is so utterly nauseating that I sort of want to destroy humanity?

I don't think I ever actually said anything about my thoughts on EP8. Which is mostly because I had to take a long time to sort of wrap my head around it.
